nah, that conversion's easy. you can't get the exact numbers, but a kg is 2.2 lbs, so for a 5 lbs increase like stronglifts requires, i just increase 2.5 kilos. the problem is having the plates beforehand, but that area of the gym (hell, the gym itself) is always a ghost town right after midday...

Seriously though... winters the further north you go in Asia get chilly and progress into down right bitter cold. So a nice bit of warm sake is good for the soul.
