I have always heard that it is healthy. I have heard that a lot of fish contains much mercury though. Maybe that is why. As long as you are eating 4 oz normal healthful portions you are probably fine eating it.

My husband does 100 push ups 2 times a day about 3 days a week. Then about twice a week he'll do it once a day.. It builds muscles in him, but only to a small extent. He has to pick up weight lifting to really make a difference.

It is a little overweight if it is fat. If it is muscle than probably not. Remember muscle weighs more than fat. So two people could have the same weight and look totally different. This doesn't seem like a real unhealthy weight though.
