How would you fix something like this? The rotors keep getting glazed and it feels like they are warped but they are not. I keep going though new rotors but the pads keep lasting. Around ever 15,000 miles the rotors start getting glazed and it gets uncomfortable at around 50,000 miles.

It says that there is supposed to be an inline glass fuse behind the radio. How do you gain access to it? Also for the cigarette lighters, are they all on a series circuit or parallel and where is the fuse located for them? Is it shared with the radio?
