I agree with most of what you said. However, I do enjoy smoking a cigarette after a nice meal(usually some sort of fast food) or when I wake up. There are many times in a day where I just love to have a cigarette. So I figured I would allow myself to continue this habit for a few more weeks...

If you want to text and go on the internet, you will need two different packages. One is the $30 MEdia net unlimited package. I have it on my pantech duo and its great! Also, you will need a text package for AIM as it is charged as a text. I have the family unlimted texting for $30 bucks...
It really all depends on where you are going to get the best coverage. Verizon has a 30 day test drive and if for any reason you are unhappy with your service and want to take your number elsewhere, they will pay for whatever you used. I used to have Sprint before I started working for Verizon...
