Just find a Citroen dealer in England that will order that speedometer dial for you. I don't know if it has a digital odometer or not, but the dealer in England should know what's needed. The English use miles, and there are Citroen dealers there.

It sounds like the injector pump wasn't rebuilt properly. I've seen this before... sometimes the people doing the rebuild just don't know what they're doing, or it was a trainee. It happens... more than it should.
