1) check your LAN ethernet card
2) check you cable
3) your IP-Subnet-default gateway-VERY IMPORTANT (DNS)
4) check your proxy setting from connection in internet explorer setting.
5) contact your administrator or ISP
6) if you cant see blue earth on your LAN status it means you are not connect...
