The DVD has 5 separate workouts. 1 for buns & thighs, 1 for stretching, 1 for abs, 1 for arms & shoulders & a "total body blast" I haven't tried yet. I've just started this week & I am slightly sore. Is that a good thing. They're 10 minute workouts apiece.
