You are confusing 2 concepts here:
People ARE ALL created equals, but they also have the free will to sin. Their sins do not make them less equals, just sinners!
And God gave them a way out: believe in Jesus Christ and you shall be saved.
If people were not all equal, God would not give this...

My Muslim colleague does send card. I am not sure he would say "Merry Christmas" but a lot of people in US now say "Happy Holidays" (Christians and not alike), which is sad....
I also saw him sending cards for the Dhivali festival to some colleagues in India, so I assume he is not offended by...
