I have a Motorola Charm, every time I power down the phone, and then turn it back on, it does a data reset itself and wipes everything from my phone... Does anyone know why this is happening or how I can avoid it resetting itself? Please help!

If you mean where the drive axle slips into the tranz axle, get under there and push it back into place. Had that happen once after I replaced a drive axle and must have not got it all the way in. Pushed it back into place and never had a problem with it again.
