I don't think there is anything wrong with it. If you love someone and they make you happy then you are far luckier then most people. I wasn't raised in a religious house hold though so I never got the proper brain washing as a child to think that same sex marriages are a sin.
You should read. Reading will help to develop the mind and improve linguistic skills where as watching television will....well the world doesn't really need another couch potato.
