Chemical Matter = Chemistry (Physical Chemistry)
Anti Matter = Not a huge topic at undergraduate level, you would touch on it in particle physics and quantum physics (most likely first year quantum would introduce it)
Dark Energy = Highly unlikely to find this at undergraduate level...

I was once working in Barnsley and was provided with a lunch that consisted of tongue sandwhiches (well, tongue balm cakes actually but you get the idea).
