Horrible? Odd choice of words. I thought it was quite amusing, and of course makes the very good point that despite the constant debunking of hokum by science, people still cling to the idea that oh no, the next guy is for real.
Why would anyone care? The idea of characterizing other people as Christian or not is repugnant. The same goes for any religion. It is of no difference to anyone but that person.
