Well not really per second, but when i make a calland it goes to voicemail, I'm on 1 second and they take away 10 cents?!?!?! I don't get why they do that. I know they round to the nearest cent or dollar or whatever, but 1 SECOND?!?! Oh and by the way i have the prepaid $15 a month plan...
