Ok, I have a problem with my ram. I have windows vista 32BIT
Installed Ram: 4GB
Total Physical Memory (RAM): 3GB
Available Physical Memory: 1.49GB
I have 4GB ram installed but does that mean only 1.49GB Ram is used? Why? How can I use at least the 3GB my crappy 32bit OS picks up?
