    I've smoked roughly between 20-40 cigarettes. I know its bad but I want to know

    hot to rid of the effects -Tar? I haven't had one for about a week, I think I'm doin ok, oh and I'm 14. I'm mostly worried about the tar in your lungs and the nicotine and stuff, I really want to know if you can get rid of it.
