I bought a Iphone 3g and it ran fast, but when i jailbroke it i also upgraded to OS 4.0 wich was a big mistake my Iphone is running crazy slow i mean it lags like crazy How can i downgrade it without re jailbraking it?

Itunes, Installing 4.12 or higher...? Please help! I just want to remove Blackra1n and use a Spirit Jailbreak.

It just starts and goes into recovery mode or whatever that is and doesn't go to the picture of the guy with the iphones. It just has a black screen until i reset it. I restored with the firmware and even had all itunes programs closed when I did this. Please help!
