    Ferry to Alcatraz island - does it go after 3pm, and how much does it cost?

    We're staying at a hotel near the airport and have a brief stop-over, and thinking of taking in a site: the Alcatraz island ferry. Is 3pm too late? What times does it depart? And about how much does it cost? (We're travelling around Thanksgiving)

It sounds like between 3 and 9, there must be an unusually large amount of people on the internet nearby you. That is causing the connection to slow and ultimately stop...
