    How can I re-jailbreak my itouch 3rg gen if I updated to iOS4?

    I updated to iOS4 from 3.1.3 and on 3.1.3 it was jailbroken how do I jailbreak it with iOS4? I don't care if it is spirit or blackra1n or anything like that?
