47gb

I have a Nikon D5100. I want to have the settings setup as Fine and Large which means each file will be about 10MB's big. How many of these 10MB jpeg's can get burned to a DVD? I expect to take like 800 or so at a wedding this saturday and wondered if they might fit.on one disc. Thanks!

According to what i am reading there are 1024 mb for 1 gb but when i burn movies there is not enough space on the disc. I am new at this so please help me. thanks

Uncompressed video is at HDTV resolution of 1920x1080 with 256 different colors with 25 frames per second. I understand the time on a 4.7gb (2GB=10^9) DVD will probably be very short, but I also want to know the formula involved. Thanks. (I meant 1GB=10^9) finger slipped on the keyboard)

When you buy a DVD it has 4.7GB But if you buy a game like Black Ops it has about 8 GB on the DVD. How ?
