Breakfast:
- Plain Yogurt
- Fresh orange juice.
10am Break:
- Kiwi
- 300ml water.
Lunch:
- Bowl of rice
- 300 ml water.
3pm Break:
- Oranges
- 600ml water
Dinner:
- Plain salad with tomatoes.
-600ml water.
If I can, I drink more than 1800ml.
