    downgrade from iOS 6 to 5.11 for iphone 3 GS?

    I updated my 3gs phone from iOS 5 to 6.1.3 and keep getting no service, so I downgrade it back to 5.1.1, but I still get no service. Do I need to take any other steps to make my phone work, I have internet connection but not to tmobile. Do I need to re-jailbreak my phone again? Thanks so much...
