    If my dvd player outputs 525i or 525p but my tv's resolution is 720p how

    should I set the players? The essence of the question is which will produce a better result - will the TV's native resolution be undermined if I set the player to 'progressive' - or should I set it to 'interlaced' and let the TV do the processing?
