    Sigma 30mm 1.4 EX DC HSM for Canon 550D / Rebel t2i?

    Hi. I'm considering buying a Sigma 30mm 1.4 EX DC HSM for my Canon 550D/Rebel t2i. I just want to know if the Sigma 30mm would be the same 30mm as if it would be on a Canon 18-55mm kit lens (meaning, if I set the zoom at around 30mm, would it be as wide) ? I have a Canon 50mm 1.8 and I LOVE...
