The following keys stop working some times. 4,7,* ,# in my W595 phone. Already updated the software and re-set the application. But no use.

I have just installed the software on my laptop to use the aircard but when i insert it into the slot it doesn't detect the device. how do i get it to work?

My moms job gave her a sprint aircard and im trying to install it on my laptop. do i need some sort of software for it? cause when i stick it into my wireless card slot nothing happens. but when it goes into my moms laptop a blue light goes on. please help. thanks.
