When I start up my phone, it says 'Insert SIM card'. I have read a couple forums on how to unlock my old phone and I found that on most, you need to have the IMEI. Is there any way to unlock my phone without that?

As you have read above a have a nokia 6030 B and when i receive a incoming call it beeps instead of ringing the ringtone. I checked the settings and i put it on ringing but it continues to beep.(Don't answer putting "did u put it on silence or vibrate".
