    My Nokia 6230b is asking for a restriction code?

    My boyfriend gave me his old Nokia 6230b. I put my sim card in the phone and turned it on. Now it won't let me do anything and keeps asking for a restriction code. Does anyone have any idea what this could be? My IMEI: 355032/00/087030/7 Thanks!
