I have downloaded a video with opera and saved it on phone memory, videos folder. It seems that it's corrupted. Now the phone freezes if i try to make a call, or use any application. I can't delete or move the file, neither by phone or usb connection. Software update or restoring default...

I own a Nokia 6555, about 6 months old, and it randomly powers off. Whether I am talking on it, browsing through menus, or just sitting there, even with full battery. There doesn't seem to be any significant event to cause it, and so I am at a loss as to how to fix it. If anyone knows anything...
