    Ok I'm going to attempt to help u. That's an older BB, so I'll try. Do u have an icon that has email setup on ur phone? Go there, create an account or sign in and there should be a option to resend ur service books. Also try a battery pull. Sometimes this works when a BB is having issues.

    Can you use email (hotmail) With the Blackberry 7290, without internet? Also, can you use WiFi internet without paying for internet service? We have WiFi at our house and i dont want to have to pay for internet...
