    how do you control a 7.5v DC motor with an Arduino ( duemilanove )?

    This is the motor: http://www.radioshack.com/product/popup.jsp?productId=2909786 And also, what are the 2 ends at the bottom of the motor ? is it negative and positive because they are not marked
