I think the 9241 is going out of circulation, is the 9242 the way to go or is buying the 9241 pretty much the same?

I bought another 9241 receiver, which is to be hooked up at the cabin on a different satellite dish than the one at home where the original 9241 receiver is. However, when I hook up the receiver to the dish at the cabin, none of the HD channels work, and some of the standard def. channels do...

i tried turning it on via remote , it didnt work , i tried turning it on with my reciever , that also didnt work , i checked all the cords (like power) to see if they were all plugged in and it still wont turn on!!! pleease help me!
