you can drive it still but when you jack it up the wheels turn but the drive shaft don't. crank it and put it in gear the drive shaft moves. turn it off and take out of park the drive shaft doesn't move. the wheels still move but drive shaft & pinion don't
what i am saying is with it jacked up...
