    why does my huawei accend ii cellphone keep sending duplicate texts?

    i go through straight talk and i have full signal and the phone is only 3 weeks old. called for tech support and we tried to reset the phone and some other things and nothing fixes it. whats wrong with it

    I just got the Cricket Huawei Acend phone last night and I dont like the preset ringtones but dunno how to add my own ringtones any help?!?!?!
