whats the difference between adventureland rater R and unrated adventureland? aka, is there nudity, worse language, or what?

i recently just watched adventureland and i really liked the movie. does anyone know when the movie is coming out onto dvd in AUSTRALIA? and does anyone know what shops? like jb hi fi or other shops??:S thanks

What is the name and who sings it? its a old song(rock), it goes, "when im a walking i start to ..........let me go on, like im glisetning in the sun........" thakns if anyone knows what im talking about! ;-)
