I am trying to find some mystery books to read and I am stuck on two authors. I don't usually read mystery books and I need a good one to start with. If either of these two aren't good enough please suggest others.
In Chapter 35, Vera cries “Don’t you see? We’re the Zoo…last night we were hardly human anymore. We’re the Zoo!” What does this quote mean to you in the context of the entire novel?
i really don't no what she means by this
thanks for your help
I read only three novels for her and they are:
And then there were none
Death On The Nile
Murder On The Orient Express
What should I read now? What do you think is the best Agatha Christie novels after these i read already?
I am an avid collector of everything Agatha Christie and I think I have nearly all of her books.
I would like to find a definitive list of everything that she wrote, is it out there?
Thanks to all who may help.
I was wondering if anyone knew the context of Christie. i.e. What was happening in the world? Also, if possible, I would love some help on understanding what is involved in a whodunit.
So, my roomie and I are stuck on Chapter Five of the game. We talked to everyone, got the parachute, jumped off of Shiprock Point, and got the homing beacon. Now, Miss Brent simply refuses to die! Any ideas what we're doing wrong? Thanks in advance!
