wouldn't a 6/4 or 3/2.5 of alluminium to vanadium be more expensive? Surely that would take more work. Could be to do with welding or something? Or is it because those alloys are more effective and thus produced on a larger scale? This is for a chemistry assignment as well as for general knowledge..

they take them off? Can they take the winter tires off the rims and put on all-season and then in the winter put those back on? Is this what is normally done or do I have to buy new rims for the all-season tires? If that's true, is it expensive for them to change the tires back and forth?

The salt is starting to pit them. Can you fix them in any way? It's a 98 Grand Cherokee Ltd, but is in almost new shape.
