    Help! Is it possible to keep my apps/data if i update my jailbroken IPhone?

    Im running on jailbroken 3.1.3 still... and the new 4.0+ has came out with new features. Is it possible to update my phone to 4.0 without having to retore it, and losing all my apps and numbers pictures, etc. (Used Installous for apps)
