i know that a ford courier engine will fit but they have turbos. i live in australia and i was wondering how much it would cost to get a new engine or one that will fit that it P plate legal i.e. no turbo, not V8 and under 200Kw please help

Its idling so high I dont even drive it I am afraid the engines gonna blow. It just sits there like your holding the throttle to the floor and is bouncing off a rev limiter or something what could it be???

I just replaced a blown engine with an almost brand new engine only 10,000 miles on it but no rebuilt Carburetor.
