...taillight on it? The 1999 ford ranger headlights and taillight wont fit so is there other year that can? i think the taillights will fit though

I have a mazada b3000 truck. i am in the middle of trying to put in a new stereo for it and i'm stuck. I have all the speaker wires hocked up correctly but i need some help with the ground wire. i do not know if it is suppost to be connected to what...etc. If anyone can help please let me know.

Also had rotten egg smell inside truck. The firing order #6 misfired but plug was good. Plug wire was replaced. Replaced coil pack with no difference.
