...2012 Equinox? Purchased 2012 Equinox which has dvd players built in to back of front seats. Have game controllers and remote but no manual for the system.
I pull the seat so that's folded up against the driver/passenger seats and pull the head rest backs down but it won't go all the way down. There has to be a way for the head rest to be moved so the whole seat can be flat down. Any help???
