hi i need a split routine to work my muscles hard and gain muscle with this equipment also i have a small room and i don't want to do squats or deadlifts because i know i will have bad form.
Got a few questions about it
Is yates row harder than normal barbell rows?
is it more effective?
Does it works back more than barbell rows?
How much can i do in yates row my best with barbell rows 90% good form is 225*7-8 at 200lb bodyweight.
I am a 6'1, 150lb individual who can be accurately described as both "skinny" and "scrawny".
I am considering purchasing a set of weights but want to make sure that this is something I will stick with before forking out the cash.
I currently own a 20lb barbell and am curious as to what would...
Last week i did 225*5-6 on barbell rows
but last time i checked i can only deadlift 315lbs
i dont got bad form for barbell rows i actually do have good form.
Most people that bb row with 225 deadlift max over 400+ but i dont think i can do 400.
I'm 5'9, 147 pounds. I do martial arts several times a week. Technically i'm in good shape, but i want larger more toned arms and a more carved stomach. I recently acquired some dumbbells and they are my only gear as of now. I believe i have 4 5-pound and 2 3-pound weights.
whats a good...
