so i need to find a site that has high quality mp3s (like 300kbs or what ever it is....i dont know).....i also want to know if there is any free (or cheap) software that i can download thats "lossless" or "high quality" that i can take these good mp3s and get em onto an mp3 player with good...
in the pool, i am scared but i am trying. the problem that i have is that i can/t seem to lift my head up from the water when i am lying face down.like the freestroke. i heard that if you crutch your legs to your stomach, you can get yourself up from the pool, i did that and it wasn't pretty...
