    What is a better company than BellSouth for internet?

    my mom was on the phone for 3 hours just to find out our internet will not be on until maybe 1-2 weeks. they have to install jacks and everything! thing is, they were supposed to come yesterday but never showed up. this aint right. what's RELIABLE company.

    Does bellsouth cap your internet download limit? My brother keeps telling me that they have a 1 gb download limit. I thought that only comcast did this, but is it true?

    Recently changed 2 att/yahoo-now cannot receive email from my bellsouth

    account. Even Outlook won't respond. ? Followup note: I don't think I cancelled my bellsouth account.

    What URL do I type into my browser to view my network information on Bellsouth

    Internet? I was told by Bellsouth operators mouths ago a URL to type into my browser to view my network information and I cant seem to remember it or find it. Anyone happen to know? Thanks.

    I have 2 email addresses one on bellsouth & the other on yahoo. I updated my att

    (bellsouth) info & now i ? can't check both accounts at the same time. I have to log in and out everytime. Is there anyway to have both up at the same time again?
