    Where would I be able to get curse bindings (or material to make) from the internet?

    Curse bindings are the Rag's Hiei wore in his fight against Bui in the "Yu Yu Hakusho" anime/manga series. Or what the guy in Gintama Volume 2 Bonus story "Shirokuro" was wrapped in.
