    How can I transfer files from a Bluetooth-less PC to a Bluetooth-ed laptop?

    I lost my USB, my laptop doesn't have a CD-ROM, and when I access internet from my laptop, it suddenly hangs. Anyone can help me? I can't buy anything now that will help me solve the problem, but I can download softwares from the internet.
