    Picking up boxing good for hardgainer who bodybuild? Complete newbie?

    I've been working out around 2-3 months now (2 times a week mostly 30 min sessions). I am a hardgainer, but I am making progress. Boxing's always been a sport that I think is an art. As a kid, I read an old Japanese boxing comic religiously and watched boxing highlights of the 90's live on TV...
