I'm supposed to do a 1500 word critical analysis on the Betty Boop Character and I would like if anyone gives me some ideas as to what to talk about.

The video was in black and white there was kids in it and betty boop appeared in it

I have been buying betty boop products from a wholesale business in L.A., and I recently started to sale them wholesale in Japan. Do I need a license directly from the company that is supplying my wholesaler to sale here in Japan?
