i turned on my laptop today and it said 'bootmgr is missing', i have no cd dvd drive on the laptop as its broken so i cant reinstall windows. i tried to do startup repair by doing this - i have tried pressing f8 before it runs properly to get to the advanced boot options but it wont do anything...

I Was running a Factory Restore and I Accidentally restarted my laptop its an toshiba satellite Windows vista i dont have the windows vista boot cd any other alternatives?
