So I was watching the music vid to this song and I didn't understand what the meaning was??

I listened and watched the lyrics, it seems to me its about a guys love for morphing. Because breezeblocks and soaked clothing keep it from seeping through your pores and dry out just like herion....if im wrong...correct me...
