the nutrition? My mom always makes a vegetable and meat broth to start dinner. I know that boiling a vegetable leeches out it's nutrition, but if I consume the broth too, do I get back a significant amount of the nutrition?
Ok. Can anybody tell me the PROPER way to skim & discard fat off the top of the drained broth. I've been taking a spoon & just skimming the top for what looks like oil... but that seems to never end... Help!
