What motor oil and how many US quarts does 1995 C220 Benz use? People say 0w40, 5w40, 10w40 ( I pick 5w40 ) 5.5 quarts 6 quarts I'm located in BAY AREA CALIFORNIA

Car was made in 2000. I have had problems with the windshield wiper and I am attempting to take off the panel that is covering the wipers motor. There are clips running along the cover and 3 of them are in very hard to get places so that I cannot use my hands. What tool should I buy to do this...

I own a 1995 Mercedes Benz C220 and when I started the car, the "check engine" light appeared and the fuel gauge indicated that gas was empty although I just had it filled full tank.
